We’re seeking a Regulator Reporting specialist, based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be part of operations team. Here you will work in dynamic, multi-faced team that partners with all areas of agent (partner companies) implementation and other functional units based globally to maintain quality of data and deliver reporting to regulators with a high accuracy, timeliness and integrity.

  • Deliver reporting to Payment Industry Regulators with a high accuracy, timeliness and integrity

  • Ensure data integrity amongst multiple WU databases

  • Provide essential risk management and control, assessing regulatory requirements

  • Provide critical control indicators to preserve and support the Agent enrollment process

  • Extensive coordination with various functional units based globally such as Legal, Compliance, Field Operations, Credit, etc.

  • You will be mostly involved in back office work

What you will need to succeed:

  • University/College degree preferred

  • Fluency in English (B2)

  • Team Player

  • Attention to details

  • Analytical mindset

  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures and deadlines

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Customer centricity

  • General IT literacy

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience, preferably in Operations, Sales or Customer Support or another related field

  • Bachelor degree in exact sciences or technical background

  • Knowledge of AS400, WUAMS, Sales Force and/or SharePoint databases

  • Additional foreign language
