As a Risk and Operations Analyst you will be responsible for providing insights and read outs on digital fraud risk and operations performance, identifying revenue opportunities and driving ideas in the Global Operations division. In this truly hands-on role, you will take ownership of the digital risk, customer verification, compliance operations metrics, KPI’s and targets and will provide ongoing monitoring of the health of the business reporting. You will provide recommendations for enhancing global operations processes and optimizing fraud rates (reduce fraud losses, identify incremental revenue opportunities and maximize acceptance rates). Also, you will conduct analysis and optimization of systems, and tools.
For this role, you will need to have experience either from an Operational Risk or an Audit background in a financial services environment. You will have excellent knowledge of operations and experience in process design. We need someone who can really help us drive change. Technical skills are very important as well. We expect you to have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SQL. You know how to manage challenging situations, which will help you to provide solutions you can communicate to a wide audience of demanding stakeholders.
