We’re seeking a Security Analyst based in our Vilnius office, Lithuania . The Security Analyst is the representative of the Global Security Team in EUROC. He/ She is an integral part of EMEA security with responsibilities across the entire spectrum of security and is charged with the security and risk analysis of multiple Western Union locations within EMEA Region.

  • Monitor their organization’s physical security systems/software (access control and video management) for events and incidents and investigate a violation when one occurs

  • Prepare regular reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches

  • Provide reports on ongoing projects and issues encountered to EMEA Regional Security Manager

  • Issue new access badges. Add, update and deactivate badges from the database

  • Conduct regular badge audits and generate reports from the system

  • Liaise with Admin Responsible Person in other corporate offices

  • Help plan and carry out an organization’s way of handling security in the Region

  • Assist with the installation of access control and CCTV system within the Region in coordination with security vendors

  • Liaise with EUROC security guards

  • Assist with the implementation of security processes and policies in the Region

  • Recommend security enhancements to management

  • Assist with regional projects as needed (offices and retails)

  • Assist with Regional Security Operations involved with Risk Assessment, Crisis Management, Risk Travel Support, Investigations, Physical Security and Event security

What you will need to succeed:

  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)

  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative IT based security technologies

  • Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines

  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently

  • Remain flexible to ever changing environments

  • Neat and professional appearance

  • Be proactive and provide recommendations to improve physical security systems and procedures

  • Be a team player who works with other to identify and resolve issues, shares information and keep management informed

  • Be autonomous with minimum supervision in the daily tasks

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations is a nice to have

  • Knowledge and competencies in CCTV and Access Control software

  • Fluency in more than one language (English required)
