Betterrequires process, discipline, and simplification
The Regulatory Compliance Office has a team of 13 covering all non- AML compliance matters. In this role you will be involved in the management of Regulatory Correspondence including sourcing information, drafting responses and obtaining approvals. You will maintain the team and group policy taxonomies and coordinate the quarterly Policy Approval Committee meeting. In this role you will engage with senior stakeholders including the Head of Compliance who leads the Regulatory Compliance team and you will be exposed to the inner workings of the Compliance organisation. Additionally, you will contribute through positive interaction with various teams, responsiveness to requests, attention to schedules, and high-quality work.
For such a pivotal role, you will have experience minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in legal practice or complex consumer financial services/payment services organisations with multiple financial products or regulatory agency specialising in payment services compliance issues. You will have good attention to detail, excellent administration and English language skills and be a team player.
