Better requires process, discipline, andsimplification
You’ll be responsibleto learn the different types of active/inactive records and their location, ensuring that records are retained and destroyed or discarded in compliance with the WU retention schedule. You will be working with Records and Information management Program and databases and ensuring that entries and projects are managed efficiently and timely.
You will also collaborate with all regional business units to maintain a robust enterprise Information Governance framework to achieve regional records and privacy compliance obligations. You will maintain reports of retrieval requests, storage verification, and inventory indexes for a number of storage sites across Europe.
We need you to be experienced in data/records management field and have an analytical mindset. You can solve problems with different approach related with countries differences and privacy regulations and be able to prioritize and manage your time well.
As an experienced analyst, you’ll communicate in global level and be able to solve daily queries by using Excel, Access software or similar tools.Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
