Better starts and ends with the customer

You will conduct transaction investigations and perform reconciliation of Nostro accounts ensuring achievement of Operations teams’ Key Performance Indicators and high-quality services of customer transactions. You will work with various other financial products and solutions offered by the company and facilitating their delivery from operational perspective as per defined guidelines and criteria.

Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:

  • Post-secondary education in and experience in Finance, Accounting,Economic or Administration

  • Experience within Financial Services – ideally payments

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and escalate issues/sense ofurgency/customer centric approach

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performingrepetitive tasks
