We’re seeking a Sr. Business Analyst in Global HR Knowledge Center, based in Vilnius. Your role will be critical in global HR Knowledge Center set up from HR processes and technology perspective. We will expect you to collaborate with business and HR colleagues to understand user stories, develop innovative HR services solutions from technology perspective, and recommend operational efficiencies that aligns with WU OneHR objectives.

Own and lead projects of various scope: HR case management technology set up, people experience improvements through processes, innovate HR processes through automation.
Investigate the best in class HR case management technology solution and potentially set it up for Global WU usage.
Own current HR Services customer facing channels (ticketing tools, workflows in self-service systems) from analysis to solutions.
Partner with employees to understand their stories of HR Services usage and translate them into processes flows and technical requirements.
Investigate solutions to automate manual HR processes, document technology requirements and collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions (more simple solutions could be implemented by you).
Participate in global / regional or country specific cross-functional HR process reviews – evaluate, analyze and recommend improvements and changes to current processes and system functionality.
Decisions will be complex and non-routine. HR processes, HR service systems, their configurations and their integrations are complex with multiple dependencies. Process flows, components and integration must be understood.
What you will need to succeed:
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering well-documented process analysis, translating business requirements into technical requirements (at least 3 years).
Solid experience in partnering with business stakeholders, writing user stories and translating needs to requirements.
Experience working with process documentation, process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma – is a plus).
Strong analytical skills to research root causes in complex environment.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively in English (orally & in writing) with all levels of management.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, a team player who can work collaboratively through others across all levels
Ability to influence decisions on process and system changes and enhancements.
Work independently with moderate guidance from leadership
