We have an opening for Sr. Generalist, Human Resources in our Vilnius office. In this role, you will work as an advisor and partner for functional business leaders to determine the best approaches of leadership and organization development, organization change, succession planning, recruitment, talent development and various HR issues as well as establish and implement employee relations platform to ensure high employee satisfaction and productivity levels.

• Provide daily Human Resource guidance, advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and managers on all functional areas of Human Resources management

• Directly address more complex HR issues with the business, employees or Sr. HR Manager

• Ensure the uniform and consistent application of company policies and drive effective human relations programs that support the company’s corporate objectives

• Actively participate in the development of HR practices with other members of HR team (in the country, region, globally)

• Perform duties under minimum supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures

• Interpret human resource policies and align resources and people to meet strategy goals

What you will need to succeed:

• Comprehensive at least 4 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist experience would be a strong advantage)

• A track record of being trusted business partner and being able to deliver high level service and employee experience

• Ability to understand business issues, opportunities and determine appropriate data, metrics, and methods of analysis to use to gain required insights and take the actions accordingly

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to prioritize

• Excellent communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Phycology or Business Management

• Excellent spoken and written English
