We’re seeking a Global Fraud Claims Senior Manager, based in our European Regional Center in Vilnius . This position is responsible for the people management and contributes to the development, implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs.

•Provides assistance to department management in the development of overall department goals and initiatives

•Supervises a number of staff

•Works directly with other Managers/Sr Managers/Directors across Care including internal and partners

•The Sr Manager will review metrics associated with T1 Fraud claims intake, facilitate sessions with partner sites to identify areas of opportunity, and review the end to end handling of consumer fraud claims to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

•Find opportunities to raise the new hire training to "Best in Class" and increase speed to competency

•Occasional international travel may be required (10%)

What you will need to succeed:

•Bachelor’s degree

•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Financial Service Operations with a heavy focus on effective Quality Assurance and Training programs

•Excellent verbal and written English Communication skills

•Proven people management skills with the ability to work independently and to work to tight deadlines
