We’re seeking aSenior Manager, Payments, based in Vilnius , Lithuaniaoffice . Who works within the Digital Payments team working on Payments research, payments strategy planning, and the implementation of new payment methods. Working with regional leaders to create the most optimal Digital payment offering.

  • The SeniorManager will manage vendor relationships.

  • Support of day today issues.

  • Responsible forreporting, monitoring and optimizing payment performance.

  • Developing,implementing and maintaining new processes for both, new and existing paymentmethods. Actively work with the project management team to complete detailedbusiness requirements, assesses impacts of projects and ensure key tasks thatare incorporated to project plans.

  • Engage in projectreleases and user acceptance testing.

  • Supportingstrategic initiatives.

  • Issuer Outreach.

  • Productperformance & optimizations.

What you willneed to succeed:

  • Undergraduate degreein business

  • 7+ years offinancial industry experience

  • 7+ years ofmanagement experience

  • Proficient withMicrosoft products

  • Experience inglobal payment e-commerce role.

  • Focus oncustomer-not-present

  • Excellentcommunication and networking skills

  • Stronginterpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Strong knowledgeof Payment Gateways, Acquirers, Processors and Associations

  • Experiencemanaging chargebacks and collections

  • Proven ability toeffectively analyze data and present solid recommendations

  • Strongorganizational skills and the ability to handle stringent deadlines

  • Proven ability towork across teams to develop and document business requirements
