We’ll be looking for you to develop reports for all levels of Western Union’s Global Operations organization that help describe our business overall, help identify whether our processes are effective, and provide Western Union leadership with timely and accurate information to make excellent decisions quickly. You would be able to help other team members through peer-review of SQL and reports and dashboards. Your role is vital to visualize data in ways that tell the information story in a clear and compelling manner.
For this role, we require you to have strong background in developing reports and dashboards. You should have experience with enterprise level data presentation and analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI. You should have familiarity with standard SQL common databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server and Oracle. Your ability to popularize and simplify technical metrics and calculations in ways that our audience can quickly and intuitively understand will help you succeed in this role. You will need to be a proficient English speaker. Experience with statistical modelling and programming in R or Python will make you to stand out.
