We’re seeking an EUC Solutions Support Administrator, based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part Western Union Global End User Computing (EUC) team who is a key department to ensure company functions as it provides Western Union employees with their work tools and support for – computers, operating systems, software, mobile phones etc. The EUC team maintains current IT structure in the company as well as finds IT solutions that let Western Union remain competitive in the market.

  • Consult end users to assist in determining hardware, software, or system specifications

  • Modify systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications

  • Assist in designing, developing, testing and implementing technical solutions for business applications and various End User related systems

  • Evaluate and integrate new hardware configurations and provide support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals

  • Support Windows, Mac OS workstations and various smart mobile devices

  • Respond to work requests regarding installation, configuration and/or maintenance of client software and the deployment of modern technology releases, performing new PC installations, troubleshooting, and software repair

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and working experience supporting Windows 7 and 10 in an enterprise environment

  • Proven customer support experience and understanding of business processes

  • Fluency in English

  • Customer centricity

  • Good comunication skills

What will make you stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science/IT

  • Knowledge of MS Active Directory as well as experience with device management and software deployment tools (i.e. Tanium, IBM Endpoint Manager a.k.a. BigFix)

  • Mobile devices support experience

  • Understanding Mac OS in enterprise environment
