We’re seeking aSpecialist/Analyst, Re-accreditation to work in our Vilnius office . In this role, you will be fully trained to support our operations by investigating and analyzing already existing customer accounts to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation and policies. After gathering all required information about the customers, you will decide whether to pursuit or to terminate business relationship with them. Ensureall accounts meet Know Your Customer (KYC) /Customer Due Diligence (CDD)requirements in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislationand Global policy.
Identify,investigate and report of suspicious activity on accounts where necessary.
Coveron administration tasks and effectively perform ad-hoc assignments whenrequired by the Team Leader.
Supportteam members by sharing experience and maintaining up to date knowledge ofAML issues, policy and procedures.
Identifyand communicate areas of improvement, take initiatives and responsibilityfor decisions.
Provideadvice to other areas of the business and contribute to effective teamwork.
What you will need tosucceed:
1-3years of relevant work experience.
Effectivecommunication skills in both verbal and written English.
Initiativeand commitment to overcome obstacles and meet the end goal.
Abilityto use analytical skills in order to identify problems and providesolutions.
Capabilityto work and prioritize effectively under stress, time management skills.
What will make you standout:
Bachelors'degree or its equivalent.
Speakingadditional foreign language.
Understandingor willingness to learn and develop the knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering(AML) legislation.
