We’re seeking a Specialist based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part of Global Field Support (GFS) team who ensures and supports Agent compliance during the lifecycle of the Agent: activation and continuous monitoring. We are implementing Agent oversight program to help ensure that Western Union and its Agents comply with global requirements and prevent misuse of Western Union products and services.

Conduct AML Compliance checks on businesses applying to offer WU services
Provide support to the Compliance teams across Europe by following up on WU Agents who have certain areas of improvement identified in their implementation of the WU AML Compliance program
Deliver high quality and productivity results that meet or exceed functional targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience
Initiate process improvements and participate in projects
What you will need to succeed:
University/ college degree or ongoing studies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to details
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong decision-making skills and sense of responsibility
Customer oriented approach and proactiveness
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing processes
Fluency in English and French languages
What will make you stand out:
Experience, preferably in Compliance, Finance, Analytics, Operations or another related field
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Additional EU/EEA language would be an advantage (Portuguese)
