We’re seeking Specialist based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a member of WUBS Global AML Investigations & SAR Reporting team which monitors transactional activity of WUBS entities (clients, remitters and / or beneficiaries). Specialists identify unusual trading patterns that may involve a criminal activity or terrorist financing, have no apparent economic or lawful purpose; investigate background and purpose of transactions; collect and document relevant account and transaction data; review and analyze data.

Conduct research and analysis of complex and critical issues related to patterns and trends in money laundering and other potential risks
Undertake regulatory reporting as mandated by law and our company's policies and procedures
Assist and support the anti-money laundering compliance team to ensure the company is meeting compliance requirements
What you will need to succeed:
Excellent analytical skills and accuracy
Being detail oriented while also able to simultaneously look at the big picture to recognize patterns and connect the little things
General understanding of complex correspondent banking/payment services organizations with multiple financial products
General knowledge in AML Compliance, general and/or risk based compliance
Ability to react quickly to changing requirements and deal with certain level of unknown
Demonstrate high level of responsibility and problem solving
Ability to process large volumes of tasks
Fluency in English
What will make you stand out:
AML investigation experience related to international payments, including payments to/from financial institutions
Working experience in Financial institutions
University degree in Law/Economics or Business would be an advantage
