We’re seeking a Specialist, Product Operations, based in our Vilnius office. Primary duties of this position involve resolving escalated issues, complaints of customers and business partners in financial service field that are in US and Canada. Therefore, the successful candidate will need to be flexible to accommodate regional time differences (shift work from 11:00 till 20:00), US holidays.

  • Analyze and respond to customer issues, complains and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution

  • Manage phone calls professionally and efficiently

  • Respond to customer inquiries in writing proficiently and accurately

  • Effectively cooperate with other departments (Legal, Customer Advocate, Accounting, Call centers etc.) in different regions worldwide

  • Maintain and update escalation documentation and reporting

What you will need to succeed:

  • Fluency in English

  • University degree

  • Customer service experience

  • Outstanding verbal communication skills;

  • Business letters writing skills;

  • Computer literacy

  • Positive attitude and communicative personality

  • Accuracy and good attention to detail;

  • Ability to manage conflicts

  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to handle a high volume of information in a busy office environment;
