We’reseeking a QA and Training Specialist based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part of Global Field Support (GFS) team who ensures and supports Agent compliance during the lifecycle of the Agent: activation and continuous monitoring. We are implementing Agent oversight program to help ensure that Western Union and its Agents comply with global requirements and prevent misuse of Western Union products and services.

  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) evaluations based onestablished procedures and tools

  • Consolidate and present QA evaluations results

  • Provide data required for monthly reports, analyzeresults and provide feedback to management

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new andexisting GFS employees

  • Facilitate regular QA and training update meetings

  • Identify process improvement opportunities

  • Write, review, and update procedural documents asrequired

  • College degree or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to details

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Customer oriented approach and proactiveness

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively,adapt to changingprocesses, grasp new concepts and integrate quickly to deliver results

  • Fluency in English
