We’re seeking a Sr. Associate, based inour Vilnius office. You will manage a large volume of beneficiary banking and other details review and entry for each invoice provided by the client and process outgoing payments from business clients, while assuring specific guidelines and criteria are met. Will also include execution of more complex tasks, issues or escalated cases.

Process requests toenter invoice information based on clients’ needs and within tight deadlines
Process outgoingtransactions using various methods and currencies
Provide consistent,quality service to assist Sales, Client Support, Operations and other teams infacilitating customer transactions
Ability to work under minimumsupervision and still you will be self-motivated to learn quickly working invery dynamic environment
Communicate effectivelywith internal and external business partners and clients to ensure timelyprocessing of requests
Conduct investigations related totransaction processing
Will be involved in projects andinitiatives to enhance, streamline and automate the existing processes andreduce the risk of errors where applicable
Understand and follow companypolicies that apply to payment processing, compliance and risk managementprocesses
Prepare various regular and ad-hoc reports
What youwill need to succeed:
Post-secondaryeducation in Business or Finance
Experiencein financial services industry (Payments, Accounts payable – preferred)
Strongmathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Abilityto pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
Accuracy, detail orientation and proactive attitude
