We’re seeking a Senior Co-Ordinator (Product Operations), based in ourVilnius, Lithuania office . Where you will handle Retail Money Order product related queries and serve large agency networks in US and Canada.

Producing accurate daily settlement, reporting, reconciliationof internal accounts
Communicating with our agency networks andbusiness partners across the globe
Analyzing exceptions and responding to agents’inquiries, complaints and concerns
What you will need to succeed:
Customer-oriented approach and be able to communicateprofessionally
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to details
Feeling comfortable while working in a fast-paced,highly-structured, deadline-driven environment

Ability to work according US calendar, 10:00-19:00 (standardschedule) and 15:00-24:00 (one late shift week bi-monthly)
