We’re seeking a Senior Co-Ordinator (Product Operations), based in ourVilnius, Lithuania office . Where you will handle Retail Money Order product related queries and serve large agency networks in US and Canada.

  • Producing accurate daily settlement, reporting, reconciliationof internal accounts

  • Communicating with our agency networks andbusiness partners across the globe

  • Analyzing exceptions and responding to agents’inquiries, complaints and concerns

What you will need to succeed:

  • Customer-oriented approach and be able to communicateprofessionally

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to details

  • Feeling comfortable while working in a fast-paced,highly-structured, deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to work according US calendar, 10:00-19:00 (standardschedule) and 15:00-24:00 (one late shift week bi-monthly)
