We’re seeking for a Supervisor in Western Union in Digital Review team based in our Vilnius, Lithuania Office. As a Supervisor, you will manage the team of 10+ analysts who are investigating digital transaction to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved. You will be responsible for employee performance, development and problem solving. You will also participate in initiating the process improvements, taking responsibility in leading operational projects and for change management.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in People/Project/Operational management role

  • Solution and people-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proven successful team work experience

  • Strong ability of individual decision making and stress management

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

  • Flexibility for rapidly changing work environment

  • Proven ability to multitask and solve complex problems

  • Willingness to work in open-office environment

  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (Monday-Friday, including days of baking holiday)
