We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Partnerbased in our Vilnius Office . In this position, you will deliver a comprehensive recruiting service across the business. Working closely with functional managers and HR team, your main responsibility will be ensuring that only the best talent is brought in to the business.

  • Developand implement the overall staffing and recruitment programs

  • Establishthe different requirements, formulate policies and organize recruitmentand selection either internally or through external channels

  • Preparereports on candidates for final decisions to be taken at a more seniorlevel

What you will need to succeed:

  • BAin Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Business

  • Experiencein recruitment within a consultancy or in-house

  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellentpresentation and interviewing skills

  • Goodassessment skills

  • Fluencyin English

  • Critical thinking and abilityto communicate effectively

  • Excellent analytical skills,customer service, and strong business acumen
