We’re seeking a Team Leader, Anti-Money Laundering Compliance to work in our Vilnius office. In this role, you will operate within the KYC department. Here you will have an opportunity to work in a multicultural team of 50 colleagues who speak over 25 languages. Our main goal is to protect the consumers and the company by making sure the services are not used for unlawful financial activities.

  • Responsible for ensuring a high quality and productivity of the respective team

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and provide regular ongoing feedback, including performance reviews

  • Empowered to make critical business decisions that may impact the operation and improve customer/agent satisfaction

  • Ensure successful resolution of customer complaints

  • Actively participate and/or lead projects to implement a new policy or operational changes

  • Accountable for succession planning through the development of their respective team members

  • Continuous learning of a rapidly changing regulatory/operations environment

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor degree and/or 1-2 years of experience in customer service

  • Supervisory experience with multiple direct reports.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities

  • Detail oriented approach and ability to provide constructive feedback

  • Fluency in English – both verbal and business writing skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers

  • Strong analytical skills and decision making ability

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work according to the business needs, any time between 7:00 and 22:00

  • Capable to work in a changing environment

  • Proficient computing skills with all common office programs (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience in financial services and/or AML Compliance is a plus
