We’re seeking a Global Customer Care Claims Team Leader, based in our European Regional Center in Vilnius. This position is responsible for managing a team of Specialists and achieving the Key Performance Indicators at an individual and team level, building partnerships with our stakeholders and business partners.

•Responsible for ensuring a high quality and productivity of the respective team.

•Contributes to a positive team environment and provides regular ongoing feedback, including performance reviews.

•Manages the daily workflow.

•Empowered to make critical business decisions that will positively impact the operations and improve customer/agent satisfaction.

•Actively participates and/or leads Process Improvement and Operational initiatives

•Resolves additional requests from internal departments and regional offices.

What you will need to succeed:

•Bachelor’s degree

•1-3 years of experience in Customer Care, ideally in an inbound Call Center.

•Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities.

•Strong problem solving skills and decision making ability.

•Detail oriented approach and ability to provide constructive feedback

•Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers

•Capable of working in a changing environment

•Fluency in English – both verbal and business writing skills
