We’re seeking a Team Lead, Operations UAT, based in our Vilnius office, Lithuania. A member of the Global Operations Implementations team will support the team’s mission of driving solutions to innovate and standardize operational processes, improve customer experience, and deliver global initiatives to fuel business growth through revenue and efficiency solutions. They will leverage their knowledge of business processes and systems to ensure the delivery of quality software applications, and serve as a subject matter expert for the Global Operations team.

  • Determine resource allocation and delegate tasks to meet project deliverables based on capacity and skill set.

  • Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching and mentoring to direct reports

  • Work with Business Analysis teams, GOI Implementation team and other IT partners to formulate and document Operational requirements and prioritize enhancements.

  • Analyze technical documentation, prepare test scripts, define acceptance and exit criteria for UAT

  • Execute test scenarios, analyze results, track and report progress, and communicate status and issues to project teams and management, escalating where necessary, to ensure that new functionality is released successfully

  • Support user preparation and project implementation at launch through documentation and training support

  • Support Operational BAU activities as necessary

  • Serve as an SME and provide advice or ad-hoc trainings to the staff, resolve escalations

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor degree

  • Knowledge of payments business

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially MS Excel)

  • Good communication skills, organizational skills, time management

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and to manage multiple priorities

  • Analytical mindset

  • Fluency in English

  • Hands on experience with WUBS operational systems and processes

  • Previous experience as a tester and/or experience of a project work

  • Experience in at least one functional area of back- or mid-office processing

  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership qualities
