Do you like solving technical problems and helping people with their computer issues? Would you like to do it on a global scale, together with various IT teams from all around the world? What about proactively monitoring systems and infrastructure and preventing the issues before they occur?
We’re seeking a Technical Support Analyst , based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office . In this role, you will be part of Western Union Network Operations Center (NOC) which provides IT Support services for Western Union Agents, Partners and Call Centers. NOC is a single point of contact offering proactive platform monitoring and technology support.

By cooperating with different IT support teams, you will be responsible for early IT incident detection, investigation, escalation and resolution;
Providing 1 st and 2 nd level application support services for Western Union Agents and Partners all around the world;
Handling complex incidents and requests involving cross-functional troubleshooting and coordinating the resolution;
Participating in deployment and service restoration calls, preparing the reporting of outages to the management and organization;
Acting as a subject matter expert for technicians, providing new hire training;
Driving process optimization, knowledge management
What you will need to succeed:
2+ years of experience in similar role
Competence in IT and technical troubleshooting
Fluency in English
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle the stressful situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment
