We’re seeking a Global Fraud Claims Trainer, based in our European Regional Center in Vilnius. This position is responsible for conducting product and platform instructor-led classroom training for T1 CSR's, Fraud Claim Sr Specialists, Quality Assurance Specialists and Partner Site Trainers.

•In this position you will engage its audience using adult learning theory ensuring active participation and full comprehension by the audience

•Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert)

•Work closely with the Instructional Design team to create, develop and update training materials and curricula as needed to ensure consistent, quality training deliverables

•Be responsible for the administration of training assessments and tracking metrics to identify opportunities to continually improve the training experience and comprehension level of the training participants

•Participate in call calibrations with Quality to ensure higher level of accuracy

•Analyze data and propose refresher topics based on analysis results

•Generate and submit reports per training class or project

•Comply with all deadlines and commitment required by the department

What you will need to succeed:

•Bachelor’s degree holder in Education, or related degree with equivalent experience

•At least two years of relevant employment in a BPO or call center environment on a Trainer capacity

•Existing experience in teaching or training adults

•Excellent verbal and written English Communication skills

•Flexible communication styles to effectively influence trainees or employees across multiple geographies and functions from different levels within an organization

•Experience in monitoring call or processes

•Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures

•Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

•Willing to work on shifting schedules to support training or calibration sessions
