Are you an experienced with call center applications? Do you know how to identify, evaluate and enhance existing systems? How about working for a global fintech company on an advanced team and be an expert of products that make a difference?
We’re seeking an Avaya Network Engineer based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be supporting a global voice platform. You will be an engineer of voice communication systems, protocols, design, network planning, switching architecture, telephony and wiring, platforms and real-time operating system programs is key in this position.

Plans, designs, documents, and engineer telephony solutions for projects
Identifies and evaluates innovative technology for updating equipment, adding capabilities and enhancing existing systems
Recommends optimal enterprise communication systems solution to meet business needs.
Performs on-call support
Works telephony tickets
Other duties as assigned
What you will need to succeed:
Experience designing or administrating call center environments (necessary strong Avaya skills)
Extensive knowledge of call center environments and routing with specific knowledge and experience with Avaya call center applications and routing
Background in Call Center Engineering and Design
Ability to handle multi-tasking and frequently changing priorities
Good interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
What will make you stand out:
A bachelor's degree is preferred
Nice call recording software a plus
Understanding of basic networking (Cisco); firewalls; server (Windows); VMWare; SAN (NetApp); and database technologies all a plus
SBC design and configuration and SIP routing a plus
Enterprise Call center certificates a plus
Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager a plus
