We’re seeking a Web/Mobile App Support Specialist for WesternUnion Digital in our Vilnius office. In this role you will be eliminating hidden sources of customer struggle and driving continues improvement of the online experience of our customers and prospects. You will be part of Agile team that provides support for newly launched websites/mobile apps globally.

  • Responsible for monitoringproduct properties on a continuous basis to assess the health of theproduct that might impact business or its revenue

  • Perform complex diagnosis ofproblems, provide solutions within area of responsibility and/or throughconsulting with other teams

  • Assist in the root causeanalysis of Customer and Product issues using available tools

  • Coordinating implementation offixes and enhancements with both internal and external teams

  • Support various stakeholders byhelping them to perform their checks

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Ability to work with people atall organizational levels and from diverse cultures and backgrounds

  • Ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously, to prioritize workload and to work effectively ina fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines

  • Confidence to present and standup for your work and ideas—along with the ability to take and useconstructive feedback

What will make you stand out:

  • Familiar with web or mobiletechnologies

  • Understanding and speakingRussian language

  • Experience with analytics tools(Adobe Marketing Cloud or Google Analytics)

  • Experience with ticketmanagement systems (JIRA would be ideal)

  • HTML, SOAP basic knowledge
